Meet Kate

Kate is a co-founder of Beachford Property Services and brings a wealth of experience from roles in childcare, administration, and professional cleaning. A wife to her childhood sweetheart and proud mum to three boys, she understands first-hand how important it is to have a home that feels clean, organised, and works for the demands of everyday family life.

Living in West Sussex, Kate knows that balancing work, family, and home can be challenging. Her passion is helping others create calm, functional spaces that make daily life that little bit easier. Whether it's a regular clean, preparing a home for sale, or organising a busy household, Kate takes pride in providing a friendly, reliable service with genuine care and attention to detail.

Meet Caroline

Caroline is a co-founder of Beachford Property Services and brings years of hands-on experience in property management, cleaning, and home organisation. Having previously managed B&B properties and led teams, she understands the importance of delivering exceptional standards and creating spaces that are clean, organised, and ready to welcome guests or homeowners alike.

A wife to her wonderful husband, Richard, and mum to two boys and a little girl, Caroline has called West Sussex home for many years. With her children attending the local village school, she's proud to be part of the local community.

When she's not helping clients transform their homes, Caroline enjoys spending time outdoors with her family and has a lifelong love of horses and animals. She believes life is too short to spend it worrying about the little things, and is passionate about helping others create calm, organised homes that give them more time to enjoy what matters most.
